was great
super clean room separate sinks shaded section
my room was super clean. i noticed the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i appreciated the pool area including twenty loungers and a shaded section.
the tv system was a little slow.

staff delivered prompt service. they handled requests with care and efficency. there was always somebody available to help me. i appreciate their polite and helpful attitude towards all visitors.

clean rooms friendly staff slow check-in incorrect charge
the rooms were very clean and the bed was nice. breakfast had many options and the restaurant staff was friendly. i did appreciated the valet service was quick and efficient. the location was good for getting around to different places.
the check in took too long, i waited for quite a while to be assisted. also, i saw an incorrect meal charge on my receipt at check out. it was removed, but it was still a hassel.

really good sky view suite experience
sky view comfortable bed interior design
i especially appreciated the marina sky view suite. the room offered great views of the skyline. the bed was comfortable and i rested well. the hotel interior design used appealing colors throughout its space.
i could clearly hear drilling even with the doors closed. this disturbance slightly impacted my otherwise perfect stay.

the hotel is positioned in business bay offering views of office towers. access to the metro is limited therefore car or taxi transportation is needed.

The rooftop has an infinity pool providing fine views. the hotel houses multiple restaurants, cafes, lounges, and bars. a spa is available. Dior spa provides signature treatments to hotel guests.

the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. the level of service was consistently high meeting expectations. i was well looked after from arrival until departure.
